DUAL SPRAY CASTING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a dual spray casting device comprising: a first assembly arranged on the upper part of a work chamber having an internal space wherein a substrate is arranged, and spraying a first melted material to the substrate in a state of fine powder while supplying the first melted material to the work chamber with high-pressure cooling gas; a second assembly arranged on the upper part of the work chamber, spraying a second melted material to the substrate in a fine powder state while supplying the second melted material to the work chamber with the high pressure cooling gas; and a third assembly embedded in the second assembly, preventing the second material from being condensed before and when the second material is sprayed to the substrate. The present invention can produce high-reliable products which satisfies the conditions required to manufacture a low thermal expansion metal composite as the first and second materials sprayed to the substrate are uniformly distributed.
