PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of preventing warpage of a mounting substrate accompanying temperature changes while having excellent thermal conductivity of the mounting substrate, and an electronic equipment equipped with such a light source device.SOLUTION: The light source device 1 is provided with at least one light-emitting device 4 having a light-emitting diode element 42, and a mounting substrate 2 having a platy shape and with the light-emitting device 4 fitted on one of its surfaces. The mounting substrate 2 includes a first base material layer 21 made by impregnating a first resin material into a first fiber base material, and second base material layers 22a, 22b formed on either side of the first base material layer 21 and made by impregnating a second resin material into a second fiber base material. An additive for reducing a thermal expansion coefficient of the first base material layer 21 is added to the first resin material. |
