<p>Sheet-like dosage forms dissolving or disintegrating in an aqueous medium for releasing at least one active substance in a body orifice or body cavity. The sheet-like dosage forms comprise a polymer matrix in the form of a solidified foam containing spaces or cavities, as well as at least one pharmaceutical or cosmetic active substance. The polymer of the polymer matrix is a polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer. Methods for producing such dosage forms are also provided.</p> |
