<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an insole, facilitating making an insole of an optimal shape according to individual differences or uses.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an insole includes: preparing pressurized state data as measured data of a three-dimensional shape 52 of both the feet in a pressurized state in which a person to be measured stands on a transparent plate, and the soles of the person to be measured are crimped to the transparent plate, and non-pressurized state data as measured data of a three-dimensional shape 50 of both the feet in a non-pressurized state in which the soles of the person to be measured lightly touch a transparent plate; calculating the difference between the non-pressurized state data and the pressurized state data; and adding a correction component made by multiplying the difference by a coefficient to the non-pressurized state data followed by correcting so as to calculate three-dimensional shape data, and creating insole processing data based on the three-dimensional shape data after correcting.</p> |
