<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-perimeter camera achieving stable operation under high temperature environment by facilitating heat radiation from heat generating components. <P>SOLUTION: The full-perimeter camera includes: a camera mounting frame 5 having a tubular hollow body; a plurality of first mount blocks 6 which hold a first lens unit 9 in a horizontal posture, and are attached to the camera mounting frame from a horizontal direction; and first wiring boards respectively disposed on an inner end face of the first mount blocks. The camera mounting frame and the first mount blocks are composed of a material having superior heat transfer properties. The first wiring boards have a ground layer formed on contact surfaces with respect to the first mount blocks and a first imaging element disposed on an optical axis of the first lens unit.
