The present invention relates to an outer wall insulation construction method using a fastener with a variable length and insulation including phenolic foam (PF) insulation. According to the technical aspect of the present invention, PF insulation such as heat insulation, insulation, and a noncombustible material which is called by phenolic foam insulation is insulated and constructed to a concrete structure, and a fastener having a variable length is used as a support fixing frame in an outer wall of the concrete structure. The fastener having a variable length is formed to have a support plate which has a fork type knife, a wind pressure discharge hole, or the like in an opposite side of a fixing side, thereby doubling a basic fixing force and easily and conveniently controlling a distance or a section toward a position of a thread instructing a construction line. The construction is simply and quickly performed by a worker, and the accurate and robust construct ability is provided to improve overall structural stability and construction quality. |
