PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage having improved taste with defects such as residual sweetness in mouth, bitterness, and harshness caused by high-sweetness sweetener being remedied, almost without change in designed quality.SOLUTION: The beverage has improved taste such as improved residual sweetness in mouth caused by high-sweetness sweetener, including 0.1 to 1,000 ppm of alginates such as propylene glycol alginate, sodium alginate, and potassium alginate blended therein. |
