<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusion state prediction database creation system for diffusate in which the diffusion state of diffusate from a diffusion source over wide area can be predicted within a short time, and a diffusion state prediction system. <P>SOLUTION: A diffusion state prediction database creation system 10A for diffusate comprises: a long-term wide-area air current field data calculation section 11; an air current field database creation section 12; a narrow-area air current field computation section 13; a diffusion field data calculation section 14; a damage level distribution computation section 15; and a recording section 16. The air current field database creation section 12 selects a representative air current condition for each of air current field data items sorted into a plurality of cases with different combinations of wind directions and atmosphere stability levels, and creates an air current field database containing the representative air current condition as air current field data of a corresponding case. The diffusion field data calculation section 14 determines wide-area and narrow-area diffusion field data items. The damage level distribution computation section 15 assumes and sets at least one of damage level distribution data values as a predetermined value to compute wide-area and narrow-area damage level distributions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
