<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container which does not deform even though external atmospheric pressure and external temperature are changed and is excellent on sealability of contents. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging container 1 made from a freely-deformable material includes an inner layer 2 forming the inner surface of the packaging container, and an outer layer 3 made from a material having rigidity and arranged outside the inner layer 2. A peeling-off zone 4 capable of peeled off the inner layer 2 from the outer layer 3 and being deformable is arranged on a part of the inner layer 2 and the outer layer 3.
