<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference support device, etc. which abbreviates, when distributing a different handout corresponding to each participant, participant registration work and setting work for associating a participant with a handout, and thereby distributes an appropriate handout even for a participant who is not scheduled to participate. <P>SOLUTION: A conference support device of the present invention comprises: storage means for storing conference room position information and handout data associated with each of divisional areas which are divided from a whole conference room; reception means for receiving boundary position information and terminal position information; area division means for dividing the whole conference room area into a plurality of divisional areas by boundary lines including boundary points based on the boundary position information, according to the received boundary position information and the conference room position information; area determination means for determining a divisional area to which a terminal belongs, from among the plurality of divisional areas divided by the area division means, based on the received terminal position information; and distribution means for distributing the handout data associated with the divisional area to which the terminal belongs to the terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
