THE PROPLLER FOR DUCT INNER MATERIAL AND OUTER MATERIAL MANUFACTURING METHOD

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for inner and outer members for a propeller duct to reduce production costs of a propeller duct by reducing the number of components to manufacture the propeller duct and the manufacturing process of a propeller duct. The manufacturing method for the inner and outer members for a propeller duct comprises: (a) a step of cutting a material making up one among an inner member and an outer member out into one or more flat plates and marking a surface; (b) a step of pressing the flat plate of one among the inner and outer members using a mold; (c) a step of pressing the flat plate making up the material of one among the inner and outer members formed with a round profile on the surface using the mold; (d) a step of marking an unnecessary part on each flat plate formed with a round profile by a pressing process to remove the part by cutting it out; (e) a step of welding the flat plates together to form one among the inner and outer members; and (f) a step of finishing a propeller duct by welding a skeleton framework to a space between the inner and outer members and the upper and lower joints of the inner and outer members.
