The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising a triazine trione-based compound such as toltrazuril and the like as an effective ingredient, wherein the pharmaceutical composition of the invention is effective in preventing and treating coccidiosis in a goat, in particular, coccidiosis caused by the infection of Eimeria arloingi or Eimeria ninakohlyakimovae.
