The present invention relates to a composition used as a material in cosmetic products, which has effects of whitening, moisturizing, and anti-wrinkle and contains an active ingredient obtained by fermenting a persimmon by-product remained after making a dried persimmon with lactic acid bacteria or fungi. More specifically, the present invention includes the processes of: pulverizing a persimmon by-product; mixing the persimmon by-product with a nitrogen source sub material and sterilizing; inoculating and proliferating lactic acid bacteria or fungi; filtering a fermented material obtained at a temperature and a time for effectively cultivating microorganism and through the aforementioned processes and extracting using hot water; and concentrating by evaporation under reduced pressure and obtaining a persimmon fermentation liquid, or freeze-drying and obtaining a persimmon fermentation power. |
