The present invention relates to a smoke control facility of a high building and, more particularly, to a smoke control facility integrated management system and a control method thereof, capable of monitoring a current situation by forming the smoke control facility of each layer through bidirectional communications, executing a control command according to a situation, or controlling a control blower and a smoke control damper through connection. To achieve the purpose, in the smoke control facility integrated management system (1) according to the present invention, the smoke control blower (10) is connected to a vertical duct (20). A fire sensor (40) and a pressure sensor (43) are installed on the smoke control damper. The fire sensor (40) is installed on the interior of each layer. The fire sensor (40) and the pressure sensor (43) are installed in a connection duct (22) of each layer which is branched from the vertical duct (20) and is connected to the smoke control damper (30). |
