The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing a glass substrate, the apparatus comprising: a transport unit which moves along a first horizontal direction and transports a glass substrate to be processed and a glass substrate completed with processing; processing units which is equipped along one side of a transport path of the transport unit respectively to perform processing on the glass substrate, and has a stage for delivering the glass substrate completed with processing to the transport unit and moving to the transport unit along a second horizontal direction vertical to the first horizontal direction in order to be delivered with the glass substrate to be processed; and a camera unit which moves along the first horizontal direction and confirms the seating state of the glass substrate to be processed which is delivered from the transport unit to the stage. The apparatus for processing a glass substrate is capable of reducing loading time and unloading time of a glass substrate.
