The present invention relates to a submunition capable of preventing a self-destruction device from detonating when an auxiliary tape attaching body is removed and fallen during an assembling process, and fixing a slider at a loading position when the slider is moved to the loading position. The submunition comprises: a high explosive gunpowder; a main body disposed in an upper portion of the high explosive gunpowder and provided with a connection pipe disposed therein to transfer a detonating force to the high explosive gunpowder; a housing installed and fixed on an upper portion of the main body; a firing screw installed to move in a vertical direction with respect to the housing; a slider installed inside the housing below the firing screw to move translationally in a horizontal direction and provided with a restraining recess into which a lower end of the firing screw is inserted to restrain a translational movement in a first horizontal direction and a main detonating pipe separated from the restraining recess in a second horizontal direction in an opposite direction of the first horizontal direction to be detonated by an impact from a vertically downward movement of the firing screw; and a loading position fixing unit to fix the slider at a loading position where the lower end of the firing screw detached from the restraining recess to move the slider translationally in the first horizontal direction to place the main detonating pipe directly below the lower end of the firing screw.
