A reusable ratchet for fixing a rope according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an operation unit (10) provided with a handle (14) disposed on one end thereof, a mounting end (16) disposed on the other end thereof, and a stopper lever (18) operated by an elastic means (17); mounting parts (24) wherein the mounting end (16) is mounted on one end thereof; a support unit (20) operated by an elastic means (26) and provided with a locking lever (28) disposed between the mounting parts (24); a rotational shaft (32) having an insertion hole (31) on the middle thereof into which a rope is inserted; and a rotary unit (30) having gears (34) connected to the rotational shaft (32). A rope guide bar (220) is disposed on the front portions of the mounting parts (24), and both ends of the rope guide bar (220) are mounted and fixed on the mounting parts (24). A support plate (240) comprises side parts (242) disposed to be separated from each other wherein an upper end of each thereof is mounted on each mounting part (24), and a bottom part (246) interconnecting the other end of each of the side parts (242). A rope guide plate (260) is disposed above an inner surface of the bottom part (246) of the support plate (240) to guide a rope in one direction.
