摘要 In various embodiments, a circuit arrangement may be provided including a data cell. The circuit arrangement may further include a first transistor and a second transistor. The first controlled electrode of the first transistor and the first controlled electrode of the second transistor may be coupled to the first electrode of the data cell. The second controlled electrode of the first transistor may be configured to electrically connect to a first reference voltage such that the first electrode of the data cell is electrically connected to the first reference voltage when the first transistor is activated. The second controlled electrode of the second transistor may be configured to electrically connect to a second reference voltage, such that the first electrode of the data cell is electrically connected to the second reference voltage when the second transistor is activated.

A circuit arrangement comprising: a data cell having a first electrode and a second electrode; a first transistor having a control electrode, a first controlled electrode and a second controlled electrode; a second transistor having a control electrode, a first controlled electrode and a second controlled electrode; wherein the first controlled electrode of the first transistor and the first controlled electrode of the second transistor are coupled to the first electrode of the data cell; wherein the second controlled electrode of the first transistor is configured to electrically connect to a first reference voltage such that the first electrode of the data cell is electrically connected to the first reference voltage via the first transistor when the first transistor is activated by a first word line voltage applied to the control electrode of the first transistor; wherein the second controlled electrode of the second transistor is configured to electrically connect to a second reference voltage, such that the first electrode of the data cell is electrically connected to the second reference voltage via the second transistor when the second transistor is activated by a second word line voltage applied to the control electrode of the second transistor; wherein the first reference voltage is higher than the second reference voltage; wherein the circuit arrangement is configured such that a first current flows through the data cell in a first direction when the first transistor is activated; and wherein the circuit arrangement is configured such that a second current flows through the data cell in a second direction, the second direction opposite the first direction, when the second transistor is activated.
