Disclosed is a flexible device peeling apparatus for peeling a flexible display panel attached to the upper side of a substrate. The flexible device peeling apparatus includes a peeling plate which includes a convex back side to the flexible display panel and adsorption parts which are formed on the back side and adsorb the flexible display panel to the back side. The flexible display panel is successively peeled from the peeling plate. Thereby, the flexible display panel is peeled from the substrate without damage to the flexible display panel.
