The present invention relates to a cultivation of a complex disease resistant transformant using antimicrobial peptide, and a usage thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for regulating complex disease resistance of a plant, which includes a step of transforming a plant gene to a recombinant vector containing human-derived cathelicidin peptide (CAP) protein coding genes so as to regulate the expression of the CAP protein coding genes; a method for preparing a transformed plant having the regulated complex disease resistance, which includes a step of transforming a plant cell to a recombinant vector containing the CAP protein coding genes; and to a compound for regulating complex disease resistance of a plant, wherein the compound contains as an active ingredient, a recombinant vector containing the transformed plant with the regulated complex disease resistance, seeds of the plant, and the human-derived CAP protein coding genes.
