The present invention relates to a mood lamp for a vehicle, comprising: a light source arranged between the head lining and loop frame of a vehicle; an outer skin functioning as an outer surface of the head lining; an opening formed on the outer skin of the head lining; a polyurethane form installed in the inner side of the outer skin of the head lining; and a groove formed on the polyurethane form in touch with the opening.
