The present invention relates to a jig device for a partial production of a construction lift mast, wherein firstly two pillars are welded in pairs for a partial production to manufacture a mast welded in order for four pillars to be disposed at four edges of a cuboid. The jig device for a partial production of a construction lift mast comprises: a means to hold two pillars in parallel in order to enhance convenience and correctness of the partial production and a means to hold welding position of an angle and a round bar welded between these two pillars, thereby capable of manufacturing two pillars repeatedly in an accurate shape of a pair. To this end, the present invention is configured such that: a side plate is disposed at both sides of a body; a pair of a first insertion part and a second insertion part are parallel and formed on an opposite surface to each of the side plates, wherein a pair of pillars is inserted between these insertion parts; the first insertion part moves forwards and backwards by a horizontal cylinder so that the pillars may be closely held between the first and the second insertion parts; in an upper part of the body, angle supporting parts and round rod supporting parts are disposed as the means to hold a number of angles and round rods to be welded between the pillars; the angle supporting parts and the round rod supporting parts are placed on horizontal rails so as to be adjusted at a certain space; the horizontal rails are inserted to vertical rails to be configured so as to be adjusted in a height of the angle supporting parts and the round rod supporting parts; in front of the body, a number of vertical cylinders are disposed; the vertical cylinders are equipped with pins that are lifted; and the pins are inserted as rack fixing rings welded to the angles to place the rack fixing rings in a straight line. |
