摘要 The present invention comprises: a cage arranged so that a certain space may be maintained by combining left and right steel plates to a number of supporting rods and a supporter located in a lower part; a rotary support plate combined to a lower surface of the supporter to be in close contact with the lower surface; a column accommodated in a cage by penetrating the supporter and the rotary support plate, at the top of which a flange is formed, and at the bottom of which a hook is formed integrally; a spring case the top of which is hooked to the flange and the bottom of which is arranged to be separated from the supporter at a certain space; a compressive coil spring extrapolated on an outer circumferential surface of the column to be located between the spring case and the column, the top of which is supported to a stumbling protrusion of the spring case, and the bottom of which is supported to an upper surface of the supporter; and a locking stand a shaft of which is equipped with a spiral spring so that an elastic force may be exerted toward outside of the hook. The locking stand forms a pair of rotary guide stands that are rounded. The rotary guide stands are supported to a lower surface of the rotary support plate. Hooking and releasing a wire to the hook may be performed easily by closing an opening part by the locking stand formed in an opening part of the hook according to the winding of a crane by opening the opening part by the locking stand with an elastic force when releasing the wire hooked to the hook. Moreover, reduction of labor force may be expected since hook hooking work is available by only one worker, and further, a safety related accident due to dropping may be prevented by securing stability since all of two hands of a worker are free.
