In the present invention, provided is a lower part on body of a ventilating raincoat, comprising a waist tightening tool having a tightening strap inside is seated and installed on the outer boundary edge of the upper waist part of the lower part of the raincoat having a built-in tightening band inside; a plurality of a slip preventing rubber bands which are seated and installed on the inner boundary edge of the upper waist part of the lower part of the raincoat having the built-in tightening band inside; and first ventilating parts which are formed respectively on both legs part of the lower part of the raincoat wherein a sewing line is inserted in the upper side of the both leg parts, thereby dividing the first ventilating part into two parts and forming a first left ventilating part and a first right ventilating part. |
