wherein said first layer and said second layer have anisotropic heat conduction properties such that heat conduction mainly occurs in the main direction of propagation of the respective layer, and said surface element further comprises an intermediate heat conducting element arranged in the insulation layer between the thermoelectric element and the second heat conducting layer, and has anisotropic heat conduction properties such that heat conduction mainly occurs crosswise to the main direction of propagation of the second heat conducting layer. |
