The present invention is a dispersion and agitation type-open channel drainage for reducing effect of hot waste water, wherein flow current, which alternatively flows in a deep layer and a surface layer, is generated, and simultaneously the dispersion and agitation is achieved in an exchanging section of flow current. A dispersion and agitation type-open channel drainage for reducing effect of hot waste water according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a dispersion and agitation type-open channel, which includes a rib channel part having a central rib formed at a center thereof, which has a small width narrower than a maximum width of the open channel and a deep depth smaller than a maximum depth of the open channel, and upper floor parts extending from the upper part of the rib channel part toward both sides of the open channels in a predetermined section, wherein the dispersion and agitation type-open channel has a section which is shaped with side wing walls extending upward from each end of the upper floor parts and is opened upward; a first baffle means, which is located at the rib channel part to pump up a deep layer flow of hot waste water in the bottom of the central rib and disperse the flow toward right and left sides of the upper floor part; second baffle means, which are respectively installed at an upper surface of the upper floor part and agitate hot waste water flow, which is dispersed toward both sides by the first baffle mean, with the air to induce heating emission; and a third baffle mean, which again mixes the hot waste water passing through each second baffle mean in lower current and collects the hot waste water to a lower side of the rib channel part so that the hot waste water pass through the deep layer bottom. |
