1. A compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:wherein
R1, and R2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, small alkyl, small alkoxy, small cycloalkyl, small haloalkyl, small haloalkoxy, or —OC1-C4alkyl, optionally substituted with fluoro; R3 is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted mono- or polycyclic aryl or heteroaryl, H, halogen, amide, OCF3, small alkyl, small cycloalkyl, or small alkoxy; R4 and R5 are H, OH, or F, with the proviso that when R4 is OH, then R5 is H; and
RA is selected from the group consisting of 3-pyridyl;wherein R6 and R7 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, small alkyl, cycloalkyl, hydroxymethyl, and carboxymethyl and R8 is independently selected from N or CH;wherein R6 is H or small alkyl; andwherein R9 is H, F, small alkyl, OH or NH2. |
