The present invention provides an apartment house sale information supply system using per-household lighting control of household model, which enables lighting control for apartment houses by each apartment house and household while allowing apartment house sellers and customers to search and acquire information on the current status apartment house sales. According to one desirable embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises: a household model outer wall having windows for each household; slab support plates which is installed at the inner surfaces, respectively, of the left and right sidewalls of the household model outer well; one or more household partition plates which are inserted between the left and right slab support plates; a block assembled-type lighting box which comprises a plate-shaped inter-level slab assembled horizontally to be inserted into the one or more household partition plates to partition the inner space by each floor and household, and which is stored within the household model outer wall; LED lamps installed at the bottom surfaces, respectively, of the upper inter-level slabs inside households by each floor and generation; a main controller which is electrically connected to the LED lamps to control lighting of households depending on an apartment house number and a household number inputted from an input device; and an input device which receives an apartment house number and a household number for finding the household of a given customer and a request for information on the current status apartment house sales and, depending on the received inputs, calls the main controller. |
