The present invention relates to a device for opening or closing the cargo box of a truck, comprising: a pair of guide bars fixated to both sides of the cargo box of a truck; a unit frame comprising a unit including a tent frame joined to a tent and a pair of transfer members which are attached to both ends of the tent frame and are separately guided by the guide bars to be transferred; and a plurality of bellows links which connect the adjacent unit frames together. Therefore, the device for opening or closing the cargo box of a truck facilitates the opening and closing of a tent, shortens the time required for work, and firmly maintains the opened state of the tent. |
