The present invention relates to a jig device for the production of a construction lift mast, wherein firstly two pillars are welded in a pair for a partial production to manufacture a mast welded so that four pillars may be disposed at the four edges of a cuboid, two pairs of partial masts are installed in parallel separately to each other respectively, a mast having two pairs of partial masts connected to each other in a cuboid is manufactured by welding an auxiliary angle and an auxiliary round rod upward and downward while rotating these partial masts, thereby welding can be performed by a worker solely since there is no need to hold partial masts. To this end, the present invention is configured such that: a support is disposed at both sides of a frame and a rotary body is disposed between each support; a rotary shaft disposed at the center of side plates at both sides of the rotary body is inserted to a bearing part of the support to be rotated and supported; in the rotary body, two pillars are inserted to two pairs of partial masts that are welded so as to be separated from each other by an angle and a round rod; at an opposite surface of each side plate, a first insertion part and a second insertion part are disposed respectively that are inserted to both ends of upside pillars and downside pillars of the partial masts; the first insertion parts are advanced and retreated by vertical cylinders so that the pillars may be closely fixed between the first and the second insertion parts, thereby auxiliary angles and auxiliary round rods may be welded to upside and downside pillars of the partial masts. |
