A display apparatus having a display driving unit on a lower part is provided. The LCD display apparatus includes a signal processing unit which performs video decoding, video scaling, and conversion into high-quality video on an input video; and a driving unit which is disposed closer to a lower end of the LCD display apparatus than to an upper end of the LCD display apparatus, and drives a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel to display a video output from the signal processing unit on the LCD panel.

1. A display apparatus including:
a display module; a driving unit which includes a printed circuit board and is located on a lower center part nearer to a lower end of the display apparatus than an upper end of the display apparatus, and configured to drive the display module; and a shield bracket which is fixed to the display module and covers the driving unit, wherein the shield bracket partially covers the display module, wherein the driving unit is located between the shield bracket and a rear surface of the display module, and wherein the printed circuit board is substantially parallel to the rear surface of the display module.
