摘要 The present invention relates to a method for measuring reprogramming potential of a stem cell. According to the present invention, provided is a method for measuring reprogramming potential of an arbitrary stem cell by measuring an amount of positive colonies of alkaline phosphatase (AP) or an expression amount of Oct4 gene in a hybrid cell fusing a neural stem cell and an embryonic stem cell (ESCs) and in a hybrid stem cell fusing a neural stem cell in the presence of a ROCK-inhibitor and a pluripotent stem cell. Accordingly, as compared with a conventional method for differentiating pluripotency and reprogramming potential of a stem cell, wherein the method is applied to whether a chimeric offspring is produced, the present invention provides an economical and simply way for measuring whether an arbitrary stem cell belongs to either naive pluripontency or primed pluripotency and for measuring the level of reprogramming potential that an arbitrary stem cell has.
