A CSM-based collision risk analyzing system according to the present invention comprises: a space piece moving in outer space; a user satellite operated by a user; a cooperative space strategy part for receiving information collected through a space piece monitoring satellite, a radar, and a monitoring optical camera, and calculating orbit information and covariance information of the user satellite and space piece; and a collision risk analyzing server for analyzing the risk of a collision between the satellite and the space piece by using the orbit information and covariance information calculated from the cooperative space strategy part. According to the present invention, a worldwide space monitoring network is operated, and based on a conjunction summary message (CSM) for informing the risk of a collision between a satellite and a space piece, accuracy in predicting a collision between a satellite and a space piece can be improved. When an operator determines and analyzes a precise orbit of the space piece to establish an optimized collision avoidance mobile plan, total required time can be remarkably reduced through effective user interface and system structures. |
