The present invention relates to an apparatus for the aligning centering of a turret and a mooring table. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for the aligning centering of a turret and a mooring table comprises: a base part provided on the top of a dock for drying a ship including a turret; a main body provided above the base part to adjust the position of a mooring table provided in the ship; a horizontal position adjustment part to move the main body in a horizontal direction; and a vertical position adjustment part provided above the main body to be connected to the mooring table in order to adjust the vertical position or inclination of the mooring table.
