A failure management automatic request system of an LED street light according to the present invention comprises: a monitoring unit which monitors brightness information around a street light; a determination unit which determines whether the street light breaks down or not based on the brightness information; and a transmission unit which transmits a repair request for a failure of the street light if it is determined that the street light breaks down. The present invention relates to a technology which monitors the failure of an LED street light and manages the same.
