The present invention relates to polyimide nanofiber, which is tied to a metal nanoparticle layer, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, a polyimide nanofiber whose surface has an uniform catalyst particle and which is uniformly tied to a metal nanoparticle layer by basing the tied catalyst particle as a seed, and a manufacturing method thereof comprising the steps of (a) replacing hydrogen of carboxylic groups included in the polyimide nanofiber with alkali metal by using an alkali solution; (b) touching the polyimide nanofiber having the substituted alkali metal in a solution having a melted catalyst salt, thereby replacing the alkali metal with a catalyst metal; (c) forming polyimide nanofiber whose surface is tied to catalyst particles by treating the polyimide nanofiber having the substituted catalyst metal with heat; and (d) forming a metal nanoparticle layer on the polyimide nanofiber surface tided to the catalyst particles. In the present invention, disclosed are a polyimide nanofiber tightly tied to metal nanoparticle layer with outstanding conductivity is manufactured by the following steps of uniformly tying catalyst particles to the polyimide nanofiber with use of a chemical method and tying the metal nanoparticle to the polyimide nanofiber tied to the catalyst particles through plating, and a manufacturing method thereof. |
