The present invention relates to a valve assembly for a parking brake switch. A valve assembly for a parking brake switch according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a valve housing; a bushing disposed in the valve housing and has a hollow; and a valve pin inserted into the hollow of the bushing, disposed relatively movable against the bushing, and equipped with an opening and closing part to open and close a side of the hollow of the bushing when moving, whereas the valve pin and the bushing are made of STB2 material which is a high carbon high chrome special steel; the valve housing is equipped with a through-hole communicating with the hollow of the bushing; the valve pin is equipped with a protruding part appearing/disappearing through the through-hole of the valve housing; and a push rod rotating by a lever to pressurize and release the protruding part according to the rotation is provided. According to the present invention, with an excellent shock endurance and an excellent wear resistance deterioration and failure of a parking brake can be prevented effectively, thereby reliance of the parking brake can be improved effectively, and deterioration of the braking performance at a parking of a vehicle by a lapse of the time may be prevented effectively.
