PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device which is reduced in erroneous motion, and can surely perform an input, and a vehicle operation device using the operation device.SOLUTION: An operation device 101 comprises: an operation panel PN1 in which a pattern part 11 operated by an operator is formed; a conductive member 12 arranged at a rear face side of the operation panel PN1, and having a plurality of electrodes A3; and a static capacity detection part which detects static capacities of the electrodes A3. The conductive member 12 has a plurality of wiring parts A5 connected to a plurality of the electrodes A3, the electrodes A3 and the wiring parts A5 are arranged in positions which are not superimposed on the pattern part 11 in a plane view, at least two detection electrodes AD4 out of the plurality of electrodes A3 are arranged at a prescribed periphery of the pattern part 11 in a plane view, and the static capacity detection part determines that the pattern part 11 is operated when the static capacity detection part detects changes of the static capacities of at least two detection electrodes AD4. Thus, the operation device 101 is suitably employed to a vehicle operation device. |
