<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for avoiding image quality deterioration due to the occurrence of a disconnection part in a feature line (edge line) extracted from an input image.SOLUTION: An image processor includes a feature line extraction part 120 for extracting from an input image a feature line on the basis of a pixel having a larger change in a pixel value than neighboring pixels, an end point extraction part 131 for extracting an end point in the feature line extracted by the feature line extraction part 120, an intersection search part 132 for searching an intersection when extending a feature line with the end point existing from the end point extracted from the end point extraction part 131 to be connected to another feature line, and a corrected feature line generation part 133 for generating a corrected feature line obtained by correcting a disconnection part of the feature line extracted by the feature line extraction part 120 by extending the feature line with the end point existing from the end point extracted by the end point extraction part 131 to be connected to the intersection searched by the intersection search part 132.</p> |
