摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue regeneration material capable of improving the supply of oxygen and nutrients and the discharge of carbon dioxide and waste matter; a manufacturing method thereof; and a scaffold for tissue regeneration material.SOLUTION: The tissue regeneration material, i.e. a tissue regeneration material 1 for use in medical treatment, comprises a scaffold 10 for tissue regeneration material including a molded three-dimensional porous and hollow skeleton 12 having biocompatibility and biodegradability; a cell layer 31 formed on the scaffold 10 for tissue regeneration material, having at least target cells; and a bioactive substance-containing layer 30 which includes at least any one of an adhesion factor for improving the adhesion ratio of the target cells, a growth factor for improving the take ratio, and a growth factor for accelerating the growth of vascular endothelial cells after transplant.
