PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect pieces of step management index data necessary for maintaining quality of products in production of a molding product formed of resin, automatically store collected data in a record medium, when the index data is deviated from an alert value, evocation of alarm is promoted, and when the index data is deviated from a permission range, an operator is allowed to quickly find the fact and cope with the situation, and index information of a resin molding step when production of the molding products is performed, can be traced later.SOLUTION: Pieces of production management index data for managing steps are collected from a measurement terminal 11 mounting a sensor 13 for collecting index data, and the pieces of data are stored in a record medium 14 in time series and for every resin injection molding machine. In addition, based on an index data value and information on a product to be produced, a used material and a used molding mold, a permission value and an alert value for molding the product are extracted and compared, for detecting abnormality occurrence. |
