PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laser oscillator capable obtaining a desired laser pulse waveform.SOLUTION: A laser oscillator 1A includes: a laser resonator 3A having a Q switch 33 and outputting laser light 5 corresponding to a high frequency signal input to the Q switch 33; a Q switch driver 2A for making the laser resonator 3A output the laser light 5 corresponding to a high frequency signal, by outputting a high frequency signal corresponding to a Q switch power command X sent from a controller 4; and a watt meter 25A for measuring the power of a high frequency signal input to the Q switch 33 from the Q switch driver 2A. The Q switch driver 2A performs feedback control using the measurement results of power by the watt meter 25A, when controlling the output of the laser light 5. |
