<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission control device, reception control device, transmission control method, and reception control method enabling the suppression of band consumption in switching images to be transmitted.SOLUTION: A transmission control device includes a transmission control unit that changes, for each predetermined unit in image data showing an image of a transmission object, a stream to transmit the image data from a stream from which the image data is last transmitted and causes the changed stream to transmit the image data. When there is another device that causes a stream to transmit image data, the transmission control unit changes a stream in synchronization with the another device to cause the stream to transmit image data.</p> |
