PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experience information management device and an experience information management method that enable experience information having a mutually different file format to be combined and reproduced without development of a separate file format or a plug-in.SOLUTION: The present experience information device includes: a User Created Experience (UCX) analysis unit that analyzes structures of first and second UCX files when the first UCX file and the second UCX file having a file format different from the first UCX file are input; a UCX combine unit that tags data consisting of the first and second UCX files with information indicative of origins, and generates combine information on the first and second UCX files; and a UCX generation unit that generates a third UCX file having the first and second UCX files combined by the combine information.
