MEASURING TOOL FOR TIRE MOLDING DIE, AND USING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously measure the clearance between segments in consideration of thermal expansion during tire molding.SOLUTION: The measuring tool guides the outer peripheral surface side obtained by circumferentially arranging a plurality of sectors 20 having projections 21 on their outer surfaces. The measuring tool includes a tool body 1 that has an annular reference level 6 capable of abutting on the outer surfaces of the sectors 20 and recesses 7 into which the projections 21 are inserted. At least a part of the tool body 1 is formed of a removable block 15, and the block 15 is removed from the tool body 1, thereby forming a space into which at least one of the sectors 20 can be inserted.
