<p>There is represented an equipment comprising a case 1 with smooth inner surface 2 and a bar 5 with flanging 10 and insulating cushion 4 installed in the case; at that, the case and the bar are made with conducting material and have means to be switched to electric circuit. A battery is made of conducting discs 6 having insulating discs 7 made with dielectric material disposed between thereof. The battery is tightly set onto the bar; furthermore, generated between each conducting disc outer and case inner surfaces water passing operating clearance size is no more than 1/10 of case inner medium size in cross-section, and each conducting disc thickness is no less than adjoining insulating disc thickness.</p> |
