The present specification relates to a method for performing random access via a terminal in a wireless communications system using a dual connectivity method, and an apparatus thereof. Disclosed in the present specification are a step of transmitting a random access preamble, and a step of receiving, in response to the random access preamble, a random access response message via a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). A terminal is configured to have dual connectivity through a master base station (master eNB) and a secondary base station (secondary eNB). The random access response message is received over at least one of a primary serving cell (PCell) within a master cell group provided by the master base station, or over secondary serving cells (SCell) which are instructed to receive the random access response message within a secondary cell group provided by the secondary base station. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve receiving efficiency of random access preamble when a terminal attempts to perform random access in the state of double connectivity. |
