The present invention compares enthalpy energy due to an introduction of outdoor air cooling and power saving energy due to power saving operation. If the power saving energy is bigger, a power saving operation mode is performed, and if the enthalpy energy is bigger, an enthalpy control mode is performed, thereby maximizing an energy saving effect.
