The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device having a stack structure, and more specifically, to an organic light emitting device applied with a semi-transmitting film to improve efficiency and color purity and the organic light emitting display device using the same. The organic light emitting device of the present invention comprises: a first electrode formed on a substrate; a second electrode separately countered to the first electrode by being spaced from the first electrode; at least two luminescent stacks formed between the first and the second electrodes; a charge generation layer located between the luminescent stacks; and a semi-transmitting film, located below the charge generation layer, formed by individually contacting the charge generation layer and the luminescent stack. |
