The present invention relates to an apparatus for dispensing a drug for a visually impaired person, wherein a speaker unit notifies a visually impaired person a time to take a drug; the apparatus checks the type of a drug and the time for taking a drug when the drug is dispensed; and a water purification unit provides water, thereby enabling a visually impaired person to take a drug easily. The present invention comprises: a drug dispensing unit (100) for dispensing a drug (6000) to a visually impaired person (5000); a water purification unit (200) for supplying water for taking a drug (6000) dispensed by the drug dispensing unit (100); and an alarm unit (500) for notifying a visually impaired person (5000) a time to take a drug (6000) at the time set for taking a drug (6000) dispensed by the drug dispensing unit (100).
